About Gesu

Gesu Baroova is an Executive and Team Coach with  a 20-year career in Commercial Sales, Technology and Supply Chain. Having led multiple teams and large-scale change programs, she deeply appreciates the complexity of today’s workforce and the challenges leaders and teams face.

Her mission is to transform the way senior leaders, high-potential talent, teams, and organisations think, behave, and perform.

Her coaching approach is centered on empathy and a firm belief in the potential of individuals and teams. This allows her to enable leaders and teams to overcome limiting beliefs and dysfunctional working practices and resonate in sync, fostering purpose-driven collaboration and collective impact.
